1. Product description of disc brake of hoist in mining machine spare parts
The lifting system is the throat of mine production, and the brake device is the last and the most critical safety guarantee system of the hoist, and its main realization form is disc brake. 3. Notes for use and maintenance of disc brake of hoist in mining machine spare parts, common faults and handling methods
(1) The brake shoe shall not stick to oil, and the brake disc shall not have oil in use, so as not to reduce the friction coefficient of the brake shoe and affect the braking force;
(2) Check the brake shoe clearance frequently in normal use. If the brake shoe clearance exceeds 2mm, adjust it in time to avoid affecting the braking force;
(3) in the use of heavy weight in the mine, can not rely on mechanical braking, which will make the brake disc heating, once there is an emergency will affect the braking torque, resulting in a major accident, so should use dynamic braking.
