Folding requirements

For example, during the operation of the coal mill, the weight and diameter of the steel ball are constantly decreasing due to wear and tear, so it is necessary to regularly fill in a new ball to maintain a certain load of the steel ball.Generally, large diameter balls are added, and the amount of balls should be determined according to the wear rate of steel balls (the wear amount of steel balls per ton of coal grinding) and the amount of coal grinding.After running for a certain time, the number of small diameter steel balls in the barrel increases.Therefore, after running for about 3000 hours, it is necessary to stop and clean the steel ball, so as to remove the ball with the diameter of less than 15mm and the broken ball, and fill the new ball at the same time.
Folding method
